Conk Wear {review + giveaway}

Pay special attention to the guy standing in the middle, wearing a blue t-shirt named Travis because he is about to rock the blog world with his giveaway!

Let me first introduce the master mind behind this company. Travis Conklin got his start in 2005 as a photographer capturing images of "anthropomorphic" wildlife (or animals with human like features). Travis was looking to reach a large audience with his photographs . . .

thus he screen printed his images onto t-shirts.

Then, in 2007, while he was working as a production coordinator for photographer/director David LaChapelle, Travis was cast by LaChapelle to do a national commercial. This then gave him the opportunity and money to open his online store: conkwear.com.

Conk Wear was then launched in 2007 and consists of clothing for women and men, alike. The best part about Conk Wear is that when purchasing from conkwear.com, the buyer can select from 5 different charities to donate 10% of profits for causes including: children with serious illnesses, cancer research, genocide in Africa, animal cruelty, and protecting the environment.

And from experience, let me tell you that Conk Wear's poly cotton t-shirts are extremely comfortable and hold their comfort after a good wash. The screen print stays on just as it was brand new!
