Week Three's challenge is going to be a little more difficult.
This week, try to commit to a writing a "gratitude journal" entry each day.
(aren't these beautiful? find them here)
Studies show that when we think thankfully, we in turn act happier and more positively. I have been waiting to try journaling, so here's my chance at something a little more specific. Gratitude journals are simply writing and recording your blessings each day. I'm thinking that reflecting on our gifts is going to be pretty powerful! Let us know how it's working out!
I really like this idea. I have so much to be thankful for but lots of time get stuck thinking only about the frustrating stuff.

I wrote in my journal briefly about just a couple things I was grateful for each day - the weather, a nice lady holding the door for me at the supermarket, good traffic etc.
ReplyDeleteIt makes me smile when I appreciate the small things in life!
I love this challenge! I love it so much that I blogged about it! :-) Thanks so much for the inspiration!
