I really want the polka dot brown ones! I'd have already bought them if we had the money. I can't find snow boots for my 18 month old anywhere because she has tiny size 3/4 feet (as in 6-12 month size).

Oh, I love those booties! They look like a great design - my older kids were so hard to fit for boots when they're little, and my youngest is just entering that phase. I especially think the liners (Linerz, ha!) are a great idea; it's all very well to get something waterproof but warmth is crucial too when they start toddling around in the snow!
