After I found this awesome printable from The Vintage Lemon, I was inspired to create my own version! (the MT download link wasn't working at the time)
Over at The Vintage Lemon you can download blank copies of all the states (so cool!) and also different colors of the hearts, and create your own personalized state art! Head over and start creating!!

Hmm... I searched and searched and could not find the originals either! So sorry! The Vintage Lemon must have closed up their wonderful blog! Bummer!
