puppy love {i heart faces}
Ahh, the love of a sweet pup named Leroy. He's our 5 year old Kelpy, who would much rather stay home with me and the girls than be out as a working cattle dog, but we don't mind. In fact, he's very welcome on our adventures outside, to scare out and away whatever might be in our backyard: rattlesnakes, coyotes, raccoons, porcupines, skunks... but he also loves chasing birds.
Do you have a pup who stole your heart?
{this week you can link up your photo theme of "hugs and kisses" to i heart faces! see you there!!}

My camera goes through quite a bit of tugging and meeting the outdoor elements, and this little baby has been incredible! And don't you worry about having to wait to receive your pretty camera strap... Kim's turnaround time is extremely fast! She'll have you stylin' in no time!
Along with the fab camera straps and wristlets, Kim also creates beautiful digital scrapbooks with Heritage Makers. How cute is this valentine's letter art? Stay tuned for more greatness from Heritage Makers! :)

Don't you love my pink beauty? It's super comfortable, with incredibly strong seams, and I love how it's an actual strap -- not just a cover! How cute is that label too! {Plus, have you ever experienced a plush minky on a camera strap? It's heaven-sent!}

Pumpkin fun {clickin' it}
Hope you and yours had a Happy Halloween!
We were a little on the late side with our pumpkin carving, but we still got ours done and glowing for Monday night! We visited grandparents to trick or treat, and snacked on pumpkin seeds to finish off our holiday celebration! Pretty low key!
What do you do to celebrate Halloween? :)

self hair cuts
My almost four year old cut her hair... again. Actually, she cut her little sister's hair, just a trim, and then gave herself some pixie bangs for a trendy fall look. :)
Have your kiddos ever taken the scissors in their own hands? Do share!!
Happy Friday, friends! :)

friendships {i heart faces}
Where in this wide world can man find
nobility without pride,
Friendship without envy,
Or beauty without vanity?
Here, where grace is served with muscle
And strength by gentleness confined
He serves without servility;
he has fought without enmity.
There is nothing so powerful, nothing less violent.
There is nothing so quick, nothing more patient.
nobility without pride,
Friendship without envy,
Or beauty without vanity?
Here, where grace is served with muscle
And strength by gentleness confined
He serves without servility;
he has fought without enmity.
There is nothing so powerful, nothing less violent.
There is nothing so quick, nothing more patient.
